Scandi Standard – Organisational changes
Scandi Standard is pleased to announce the appointment of Ado Carton as CEO of Manor Farm and member of Group Management with effect from 1th of June 2019. He is replacing Vincent Carton as part of a management succession plan following the 2017 acquisition of Manor Farm.
Prior to joining Scandi Standard, Carton came from Kerry Group, a leading manufacturer and marketer of added value branded and customer branded chilled foods to the UK, Irish and continental European consumer foods markets. Through his 27 years career with Kerry Group he held an array of key management positions, most recently as Managing Director Grocery, Snacking and International. Ado Carton holds a Business degree from University College Dublin.

In connection with the acquisition of Manor Farm in 2017, Vincent Carton agreed to stay on as Country Manager throughout 2019 in parallel with his role as Non-Executive Director of the Group. Vincent Carton’s family control about 9% of the capital in Scandi Standard and Vincent Carton will continue to serve as Non-Executive Director of Scandi Standard AB and be available to the Group on special projects.
