At Scandi Standard, we take all suspicions of misconduct seriously – this includes those raised by people outside our organization as well as by our own employees. Misconduct may include discrimination, harassment, bribery, unethical business practices, animal welfare concerns, environmental breaches, or other serious violations of laws and our ethical standards.

We are firmly committed to operating transparently, responsibly, and sustainably and showing respect for people, animals, and the planet. That’s why we want you—as a supplier, business partner, or other external stakeholder—to feel safe and supported in raising a concern if something doesn’t seem right.

If you’re not comfortable reporting through your regular contact at Scandi Standard, our external Whistleblower service is available 24/7. An independent party manages it, and you may remain anonymous.

If you are an employee at Scandi Standard, we recommend that you first raise your concern to your manager, the manager’s manager, or HR. If you are uncomfortable with that, the Whistleblower line is available for you as well.

All reports are treated with strict confidentiality, and we do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who speaks up in good faith.
